I agree to the following when placing merchandise on Lay-Away:
- A weekly subscription fee of $49.91 or a monthly subscription fee of $199.66 is required for the total value of the merchandise.
- There are only 90 days to pay off the layaway amount, otherwise you lose your deposit and the merchandise will be returned to display.
- Under no circumstances will cash be refunded; only credit will be given to the store for Lay-Away payments.
- If you do not want the “Lay-Away” before 90 days, the store will be given credit.
- You may not take part of the merchandise without first having fully paid for the merchandise placed on "Lay-Away".
- The merchandise must be inspected by the customer since there will be no changes.
